This page explains what we collect when you use this site or buy SIGMA 3000, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect what we need to ship your order and keep in touch, and we do not sell your data.
What we collect
- Order details. Name, shipping address, email, phone number and the items you bought. Payment is handled by our checkout provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Email sign-ups. Your email address if you join our list through the popup or the footer form, plus any prize code you were given.
- Site usage. Basic analytics such as pages viewed, device type and rough location, collected through cookies or similar tools.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order, including refunds under our guarantee.
- To send order updates and, if you opted in, launch news and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To improve the site and fix problems.
- To meet legal and tax duties.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the store: our checkout and payment provider, our shipping carriers, our email service and our site host. They may only use your data to do that job for us. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
