Refund Policy

The 90-Day Dominance Guarantee. Last updated 24 October 2026.

We want you to take SIGMA 3000 for a full 90 days. If you do not feel a real difference in drive, stamina and energy, we refund you. This page says exactly how that works.

What the guarantee covers

• A full refund of the product price on your first order, for 90 days from the day it is delivered.
• It covers every bundle: Buy 1, Buy 2 Get 1 Free and Buy 3 Get 2 Free.
• Opened, used and empty bottles count. You do not need an unopened bottle to qualify.
• It covers the first order of a subscription. Later refills can be stopped or cancelled at any time, but are not covered by the 90-day refund.
• One guarantee refund per customer and per household.

What it does not cover

• Original shipping fees, where they were charged.
• Orders bought from a third-party seller or marketplace. Those follow the seller's own policy.
• Orders older than 90 days from delivery.

How to request a refund

• Email support@sigma3000.com with your order number and the words "90-day guarantee" in the subject line.
• Tell us in one or two lines how it went. We ask so we can learn, not to argue.
• We reply within 2 business days with a return number. Returns go to: SIGMA 3000 Returns, 1709 Coral Drive, Cedar Park, TX 78613.
• Send back the bottles you have, used or empty, within 14 days of getting the return number.
• Your refund goes to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the return arriving.

A note on card disputes

If anything is wrong with your order or your refill, email us before you dispute the charge with your bank. We fix it faster than a dispute does, and the guarantee is yours either way.

Return shipping

You pay the cost of the return shipment. We recommend a tracked service. If a return goes missing without tracking, we cannot refund it.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or you get the wrong item, email support@sigma3000.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We send a replacement at no cost. You do not need to send anything back.
