Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders placed before 2pm local warehouse time on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or public holiday, ship the next business day.

Delivery window

• Standard shipping: 3 to 6 business days after dispatch. This matches the "Ready to ship, delivery by" date shown on the product page.
• You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
• Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier delays, weather and customs can add time.

Shipping cost

• Buy 2 Get 1 Free and Buy 3 Get 2 Free bundles ship free.
• Single-bottle orders pay the shipping rate shown at checkout.
• Subscription refills ship every 30 days with the same shipping terms as the first order.

Where we ship

We ship to the countries listed at checkout. If your country is not listed, we cannot ship there yet. Customs duties and import taxes outside the home country are the buyer's responsibility.

Wrong address or lost parcel

Check your address before you pay. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address, we re-ship it once you confirm the right one. If tracking shows a parcel lost in transit, email [support email] and we send a replacement.
